Since 2016, Little Big Food has been part of The Immosynergies Holding SA group, a major player in French-speaking Switzerland. This affiliation allows us to combine the resources and vision of a large group with the responsiveness and proximity of a human-sized structure. Little Big Food Management Sàrl’s mission is to centralise the support functions of our restaurants—including human resources, accounting, purchasing, marketing, events, administration, hygiene and maintenance. This structure streamlines day-to-day operations, enabling management to focus on customers, food quality and team leadership, while optimising the performance of each establishment.

Nadine Wavre
Head of Events Department

Founder of the Events department, Nadine leads it with passion and high standards. She oversees the design and management of all private events organised within the group's establishments.

Florence Giroux
Co-director

Florence pilots the deployment of the group's vision and development strategies. She notably oversees B2B and event activities, marketing, human resources, and financial monitoring, ensuring the overall coherence and performance of activities.

Yannick Cochard
co-director

Yannick is responsible for all the group's operations. He oversees F&B activities, coordinates external contractors, ensures the maintenance of the establishments, and manages management and hygiene tools and processes.

Laetitia Calmettes
Project Manager – Events Department

Coming from the restaurant industry, Laetitia supports Nadine in the operational management of events. She shares the same attention to detail and places customer satisfaction at the heart of her priorities.

Norah Serea
Project Manager – Events Department

Trained at EHL and driven by a genuine passion for events, Norah manages event requests and, alongside Nadine, contributes to the digitalisation of the department's processes.

Léa Plan
Operational & Marketing Manager

The true orchestrator of the group, Léa coordinates all the marketing activities of the establishments. She also ensures the correct application of operational processes within each of them.
