Since 2016, Little Big Food has been part of The Immosynergies Holding SA group, a major player in French-speaking Switzerland. This affiliation allows us to combine the resources and vision of a large group with the responsiveness and proximity of a human-sized structure. We benefit from strong support to sustain our growth while remaining resilient in the face of market fluctuations.

Little Big Food Management Sàrl’s mission is to centralise the support functions of our restaurants—including human resources, accounting, purchasing, marketing, events, administration, hygiene and maintenance. This structure streamlines day-to-day operations, enabling management to focus on customers, food quality and team leadership, while optimising the performance of each establishment.

Coming from the restaurant industry, Laetitia supports Nadine in the operational management of events. She shares the same attention to detail and places customer satisfaction at the heart of her priorities.
