L’établissement, propriété de la Ville de Genève, géré par le groupe Little Big Food, est aujourd’hui dirigé par l’ancien directeur des restaurants Alma et Khora. La nouvelle direction composée de Patrice Aroca et Alma Caplain, entend offrir un service de restauration à la hauteur de son cadre et développer les animations festives.
